We’re calling it ‘Vanam’

Imagine a cozy, 2000 sqft home🏡 nestled on 2 acres right by a beautiful 10-acre spring. With private water access, mornings by the water are pure tranquility.

The house is self-sustained with solar panels☀️, a private well, and its own road, creating a quiet, independent space. A pavilion out front offers a perfect spot to enjoy the view🏝️, and a workshop onsite invites creative projects. It’s a retreat wrapped in nature’s peace and simplicity.
