You cannot raise your prices yet.
But you can look premium this week.

Premium is a perception, not a price. These five signals move the perception:

1. A real onboarding doc. A branded PDF or simple HTML page, not an email. Three sections: welcome, process, first 30 days.
2. A weekly Loom video with a visually appealing report.
3. Discovery calls booked through a calendar link, not a "when are you free" text.
4. A two-minute audio reply on WhatsApp instead of a typed paragraph.
5. A signed contract with one clear deliverable scope, not a vague social media management agreement.

They cost you a day to set up. But they change every interaction after.

One moment on a discovery call quietly kills the deal.
It is not the price. It is not the pitch. It is this line:

"We already tried an AI agency and they said the same thing. And the content was garbage. So why would you be different?"

If your only answer is more reassurance, the call is over.

Here is what closes instead:

1. Name the pattern. Same prompt for every client, first output never critiqued.
2. Show the Brand DNA document. The company behind the content matters as much as the content.
3. Show the ideal customer avatar. That is why the copy sells instead of sounding generic.
4. Give specifics, not reassurance. Every time.

Your content strategy is not broken. Your post types are.

These five are killing your reach:

1. "Five ways to use ChatGPT for your agency"
2. The "$10K month" Stripe screenshot
3. The "AI will replace marketers" doom post
4. "I 5x'd my output with AI"
5. The "top 100 AI tools for agencies" listicle

Played out. Distrusted. Tired. And here's the thing about output posts: output is not income. As for the listicles, nobody reads them anyway.

What to post instead: the actual workflow, the actual client call, the actual failure, the actual fix. The algorithm in 2026 rewards expertise and dwell time. So pick one real thing you did this week and walk through it. That is the whole strategy.
