Led by our Placement Coordinator, who brings 14 years of experience as a professional career nanny, Gade’s Seedling Scholars offers a nurturing environment rooted in Montessori-inspired principles, hands-on learning, and emotional growth for children ages 2–5.

Gade’s Seedling Scholars will officially open its doors on May 12th!

Our program is a nature- and play-based early learning environment with gentle, Montessori-inspired elements. Children are encouraged to explore independently using real-life tools and materials that foster confidence, creativity, and age-appropriate problem-solving skills.

With 14 years of experience as a professional career nanny, I bring a deep passion and commitment to nurturing young children in a safe, home-like setting.

Our daily rhythm includes:
• Yoga and mindfulness
• Simple cooking, practical life skills, and gardening
• American Sign Language (ASL) exposure
• Music and movement
• Activities that support mental health and emotional regulation

Program Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Enrollment Options:
• Full-Time (5 days/week)
• Part-Time (Mon/Wed/Fri)
• Part-Time (Tues/Thurs)

We maintain a low child-to-teacher ratio, ensuring personalized care, meaningful connections, and a nurturing, close-knit environment where every child can thrive.

Healthy meals and snacks are provided, though families may pack food if they prefer. I promote nutritious eating habits as part of our daily routine.

We use gentle guidance and natural consequences—never timeouts or punitive discipline—to support each child’s emotional growth and teach respectful conflict resolution.

For added peace of mind, the program is equipped with security cameras, used strictly for emergency situations.
