Fortunately, there is a Lung Cancer Screening CT exam available. Ask your healthcare provider for more details and to see if you meet the criteria for this potentially life saving exam. MDI is pleased to be the first facility in Kent County, DE to offer Fast Breast MRI, a new and affordable breast imaging option. Fast Breast MRI is for women with average to increased lifetime risk for breast cancer and/or dense breasts who desire an additional screening tool in combination with mammography to diagnose breast cancer. Fast Breast MRI is a self-pay exam, requires a prescription from your physician and does not replace your yearly mammogram. Please consult your physician to see if you qualify for Fast Breast MRI.
