NEW TOOL ALERT - Hydraulic press & brake

I visited the Eastwood location in Pottstown, PA yesterday and came away with a new hydraulic press and a press brake attachment. Eastwood has a lot of cool stuff for the shop and I was tempted to get much more!

Assembly was straightforward and quality is on par with Asian imports. Considering the price, I would consider this a good value for ocasional use. The foot pedal allows for two-handed operation and the movable ram is not encumbered with return springs like most inexpensive ‘bottle-jack’ style presses.

I have some custom suspension work coming up in the near future and this will make wheel bearing and bushing R&R much easier.
