A self-inventory (assessment) is a personal audit of the characteristics or traits that you believe about yourself. This audit is valuable because it helps to identify values, attributes, skills, resources, beliefs, habits, and feelings. The responses from the personal inventory can then be used to help formulate plans and goals for the future. It can also identify areas where improvement would be beneficial.

Happiness is elusive and can remain hidden from the rich, poor, angry, sad, or intelligent. However, happiness will appear if you follow your purpose in life, follow your dreams, and use your gifts and skills in pursuing your life-long goals.
