Our mission is to rehabilitate disadvantaged members in the community of Dover, and surrounding areas; to provide aid, guidance, and induce self-sufficiency, in order to construct thriving members of the community.
More Than A Tattoo isn’t just a podcast, it’s a conversation that needs to happen.
This podcast dives into what happens after prison: reentry, recidivism, and the reality of homelessness once the gates close. The struggle doesn’t end at release, that’s where it begins.
We’ll also be talking about the tattoo program inside the prison and how it started, the resistance, the setbacks, and what it took to get to where we are today. The wins, the losses, and the blueprint we’re building for real second chances.
We’ll be bringing on people coming home, along with the professionals, organizations, and decision-makers who oversee and support reentry. Real stories. Real systems. Real solutions.
This program is just one of many we need to truly change our communities.

When I started working with DOC, the goal was simple: reentry that actually works.
I’ve lived it. I know how fast the system can push you right back into recidivism—or straight into homelessness if there’s no real support.
Tattooing saved my life.
Now I’ve been blessed to hand these men the same blueprint that changed mine.
This is about second chances, skills, stability, and dignity.
And this is only the beginning.
