Short story time. Found a great deal and we were all set to close on a home. The day of closing the sellers went MIA. Sellers had all kinds of drama and in the end they didn’t show up at closing. My buyers were really hurt because of all the time/resources we put in.
Found another house. Massive amount of problems after inspection but my buyers were willing to make it work. Sellers wouldn’t budge on all the repairs (FYI that house is still on market and available)
Found another house. This time it was an amazing deal. We were the first to see it and put it under contract same day. Jump ahead to appraisal and the house came in 40k above purchase price.
Sometimes God has something for you on His timing and not yours. 🙌🏽
