Wiregrass Surgical

Wiregrass Surgical is hiring for a full-time Phone Operator/Appointment Scheduler. Duties include: routing all incoming calls, communicating general clinic information, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, handling incoming referrals from other clinics, and occasional front desk assistance. Graduation from an accredited high school or GED required. Medical office experience, and familiarity with insurance is preferred, but not required. Interested persons should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to work well within tight deadlines.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:15am - 4:45pm. This position will begin immediately. Training will be provided.
