Our dear friend Peter Thosteson has passed. Famous for his Gumbo, Pete also brought his culinary skill and experience with the best grits and sawmill gravy I’ve had [period]. He cared about us. He greeted us aloud everyday when either he or we arrived, “Hello, GREAT ONE!” He loved a slaw dog. We loved him so much!
