Will the 1,049-foot tower planned at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive be designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Norman Foster?

Yesterday, a TNM article that included a rendering of the old Villa Magna project once planned for the site prompted this anonymous comment:

That is an old design. The new design by Foster and Partners is much more architecturally appealing.

There is evidence that Foster and Partners is working on the project. A Linkedin profile of an architectural assistant there includes the following job responsibility:
