Summertime quencher without the bad stuff 👉🏼 A better-for-you spin on a classic recipe, sweetened with blueberries and our USDA certified organic stevia
Ingredients:
➖10 fresh organic blueberries, plus more for garnish
➖2 ounces fresh lemon juice
➖2 sprigs fresh thyme
➖2 packets of Stevia, or more to taste
➖Sparkling water to taste
➖Lemon wheel for garnish
Directions:
➖Muddle blueberries with lemon juice in glass.
➖Stir in thyme sprigs and Stevia.
➖Top with sparkling water to taste.
➖Garnish with additional blueberries and lemon wheel.

• A splash of vanilla
• Stevia to taste

Great summer recipe 👉🏼 Stevia Ginger Ale 😋
Ingredients
2 Cups Water + 3 Inches Finely Chopped Ginger
Cid Botanicals to taste (I used 3 (1 gram each) packets.)
Pinch of Salt
1 1/2 Tbs Lemon or Lime Juice
3 cups Chilled Sparkling Water
Instructions
Combine in a sauce-pan the 2 cups of water and the ginger. Bring to a rapid boil until the liquid reduces in half. Place in the fridge overnight.
The next day strain the ginger pieces out and add Stevia, Lemon or Lime Juice, the pinch of salt and the sparkling water. These ingredients can be adjusted to suite your taste. 😋😋😋

Say hello to the weekend with this Blackberry Mojito Healthy Cocktail👌🏽
Ingredients:
➖6 oz blackberries
➖3-4 mint leaves
➖1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
➖ Stevia to taste
➖¼ cup plain vodka or rum
➖1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
➖½ cups seltzer water or club soda (no sugar added)
➖4 ice cubes crushed
Instructions:
➖Put the blackberries, mint, lemon juice, lime juice into the glass(es).
➖Muddle the mixture
➖Add seltzer or club soda and vodka or rum
➖Stir cocktail
➖Add ice cubes and serve
If you want to make this blackberry mojito alcohol-free, remove the rum or vodka and replace with an additional 1/4 cup seltzer water. Also, a fun way to serve the cocktail (either version) is to freeze some of the blackberries and serve them on top of the drink in place of 2 ice cubes – the frozen fruit will keep the drink cold and makes for a nice presentation.

These Carrot Cake Protein Pancakes by are a must try and make sure to check her other recipes‼️
Classic carrot cake lightened up and made into some protein pancakes that is perfect breakfast any day of the week
Ingredients:
Pancakes:
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup
3/4 cup carrots diced
Cream Cheese Frosting
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Heat nonstick griddle to medium-high.
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto hot griddle and cook 3-4 minutes until little bubble begin to form on top. Flip and cook through, about an additional 3-4 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Whisk together the softened cream cheese, syrup, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over pancakes while warm and serve immediately.
