Dilly Sweets

Delivered 100 of these treat boxes today! It’s Cherry cheesecake, Snack Mix, a Carrot Cake Truffle, Chocolate Covered Oreo and a vanilla cupcake with blackberry buttercream!

I was asked to make the graduation cakes for the high school again this year… (27 individual cakes) it’s quite the process, and honestly, it’s a ton of work. But I truly enjoy it. It’s even more fun when I know the kids or the parents of the kids… I included some of the pictures of the process… over 24 lbs of butter, and well over 60 lbs of powdered sugar, and that’s just in the buttercream! Lol Oh, and almost 20 dozen eggs!! 🙂 Each cake had chocolate, vanilla and strawberry cake!
