Facing one of my biggest fears at 60 I did my First tri ever.
Never settle, and never loose that edge 💪🏽

At 60 I tell myself finish …. Don’t think about time…finishing is never HARD, but quieting the monkey mind is.
Be proud of any accomplishment 💪🏽☮️
