A licensed home daycare in the city of Dexter is looking for a part-time childcare assistant. Hours would be 2-3 days weekly. Common shifts is 8-5 M-F. Looking for year round employe’s rather than seasonal help.
Daycare experience is not required as long as you love small children and enjoy having fun. Pay is competitive beginning at $16-19 per hour

Some of the daily responsibilities include:

-Engaging the children in developmentally appropriate activities

-Diaper changing

-Must be comfortable and confident when caring for infants

-Meal preparation

-Cleaning up with the children

-Indoor and outdoor play

-Walks to the park

Job requirements:

-Able to pass a Criminal background check

-CPR and First aid within 90 days

-Negative TB test

-References are requires and will be checked

Other training that is required will be provided by the employer.
