Diane Ratkovich has a Master's Degree in Human Development and is a trained Equine Facilitated Learning Coach and Family Mediator. She has lived with horses for the last 20 years and has been guided by them in her parenting, social and visionary work. Jayne Bailey graduated from Michigan State University in Horse Management and has been with horses all her life. Her horse intuition and understanding come from a sixth sense that she was born with.
