We were honored to welcome Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Detroit City Councilwoman Gabriela Santiago-Romero to Alternatives For Girls.
During their visit, our leadership team shared how strong partnerships between nonprofits, community organizations, and government leaders make it possible to provide critical services, resources, and opportunities for the young people and families we serve.
We appreciated the opportunity to highlight the impact of our work, discuss the ongoing needs in our community, and advocate for the investments that help nonprofits continue creating lasting change.
Thank you, Secretary Benson and Councilwoman Santiago-Romero, for taking the time to learn more about our mission and for your commitment to strengthening our communities.
