My mom, a beautiful soul, passed at the young age of 65, via complications from end-stage kidney disease which derived from high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. As a hard-working single mother, she tirelessly cared for others with little regard for her own health. She was diagnosed with HBD in her forties and her health deteriorated year after year until her passing. Watching a loved one’s health diminish slowly is a horrible experience. If the POSHnFIT voice can encourage one woman to heed our message and choose a healthier lifestyle, it will be well worth our efforts!
