Looking to hire a project superintendent; GC or project manager to run rehabs and flips in Detroit on a contract basis.

We are a real estate investment and property management company with a pipeline of upcoming projects and an immediate need. Our target projects consist of single family, duplexes and quad residential properties located in the city of Detroit (both east and west side).

The ideal candidate would be able to run project from start to finish, adhering to agreed upon timelines and budgets; work with new trades as well as have their own crews or referrals for vendors such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC, dry-wallers, finish contractors, etc. Extensive knowledge of city and federal rental housing code requirements and ability to work to obtain any required occupancy certificates or passing inspections and have the ability to perform periodic onsite digital logs showing continued progress with a minimum rental grade craftsmanship. Must be self motivated, a problem solver and take pride in your work and the product you turn over.

This is flexible position with a results driven company. Compensation for contracted projects is negotiable and determined on experience and what you are bringing to the table. Bonuses for on-time completion. A-Players ONLY! Only apply if you come to win!
