“The Scene” stage will feature a large open-air dance floor in Circle Park (near Beacon Park), along with DJs, dancers, and other local talent. As part of , The Carr Center will feature artworks projected in their windows by artist Jason Philips, showcasing works from their current gallery exhibition, "Multifaceted: A Digital View of Jason Philips Work."
