Throw back Thursday! Memphis Smoke was smokin in the Nineties! David Gilbert who was now a working man would take me nights out to Memphis Smoke. When he would take the stage with Jim McCarty that place turned into a concert. These guys just fell into that musician chemistry that was always alive on stage. It had only been over a decade since The Rockets had broke up. David Gilbert loved his former band mates. He loved life especially where he was most comfortable. On stage sharing his instrument. His voice. Memphis was a great venue for food , music , friends and fun. I'll never forget. 🎸🎤🎸

RIP Dear Brian Pastoria Great Drummer of Adrenalin and friend to many. This news is saddening and shocking to read. " Iron Eagle " was on this past week. I listened to the band audio in the movie. I know Adrenalin front man Marc Gilbert and bro David were there to greet you on the other side. Brian leaves an amazing music legacy in Detroit. Loved by many , you will be deeply missed. RIP Rock In Paradise . 🙏💙🙏

The Rockets and crew . These boys rocked Detroit and the nation in Concert. Always front and center, David looks so pleased. He should have been. As a front man with performing skills and unmatchable vocals , he delivered for this Detroit kick ass Rock and Roll band. David was Incredible . More so, he was a beautiful human being full of Love for everybody. Those attending these concerts and those who knew David knew his amazing energy and light. Rock In Paradise. When it's time love, I dream of a front row seat.
