At the beginning of our recent webinar on SMS marketing trends, Alex Campbell (CIO, Vibes) mentioned how important mobile is as a channel for retail and restaurant marketers.

"It is truly the most effective form of marketing in history," he said. "And I don't take that lightly."

Dr. Amanda Ledet, professor of marketing at Louisiana State University, spoke about the consumer psychology behind deals and more on the Quikly Blog.
