adonna University Exhibit Gallery and the Majestic Café for its art exhibits. From 2010-2011, Mosaic Productions was fortunate to be offered a gallery space rent free for a year on the east side of Detroit. In its ten months there, the company produced seven art shows. Currently Mosaic is looking for permanent space in which to grow our business. Ideally it would be a space that is offered either rent-free or at a minimal monthly fee — occupying space in an otherwise empty building would bring traffic to the area and would provide exposure for the building owners to their property. Furthermore, as occupants Mosaic Productions would maintain upkeep of the space and keep it secure. Lastly, the free or low rent would provide Mosaic an opportunity to grow as a small business in Metro Detroit.
