We all know that words CAN ABSOLUTELY hurt us. None more then our own.

Don’t underestimate the impact you can have on yourself.

My cappuccino had about 100 calories, 9 grams of sugar, 4 grams of fat and was made with 2% milk.

On a daily basis I will opt for a short cappuccino. Thereby cutting my total to an inconsequential 70 calories with only 6 grams of sugar and 2.5 grams of fat.

Life lesson: Life is meant to be enjoyed. So is your diet.

When you have a good dietary balance there’s a chance you can keep foods and beverages that may generally be considered unhealthy.

You can keep them because you have enough positives to keep things in ✔️

Diet is all about balance. Find yours and enjoy it!

For me it doesn’t get better then starting my day with a high quality cappuccino and good conversation.
