DLPU is asking customers to conserve energy during this heat wave to help reduce demand on the power grid. The request comes from Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), which operates the energy market and control's electrical reliability for our region. We are in a Level 2 Energy Alert through 8:00 pm tonight. Please conserve energy by turning up your thermostat a few degrees, delay use of large appliances, and shut off all unnecessary lights and equipment. Thank you for your cooperation!
