You know how when you go on a trip and you say wow I could live here!! Well that was me in Alpharetta, GA and this time I actually mean it 😅

We drove about an hour and a half to Helen which was so much fun! A German town with cool buildings (you know me and my obsession with cool buildings) and of course coffee and pastries!

I of course got some post cards and sent them out. You will see one in the second slide. They reminded me of the game Tiny Glade. So beautiful

I am a new instructor. I’m still building, learning and getting stronger as an instructor and as a client. I LOVE being able to connect with the clients and get some good movement in.

I’ve always loved working out. Movement is the best stress and anxiety reliever for me. I started out with CorePower back in Fort Collins, CO. This is completely different. I never have thought I would take classes like this let alone instruct them! I look forward to learning more. ♥️
