Yesterday I witnessed a very humbling moment. My 85 year old client has moved into a nursing home on hospice. He’s not sure how much longer he will be on this earth. But what he does know is, he does not want to leave without getting his affairs in order. He has 5 children that he hasn’t had the best relationships with, but before he passes he wants to make it right.
I arranged a meeting with him and his children. He wants to make sure his house gets sold and they all equally get a profit. 🥹
🗣️If you have older parents/grandparents, aunts and uncles who own property, take some time to help them get things in order. It’s easier while they are still living and can make their wishes known. If they pass away without getting things in order it can get messy and ugly.

Power Of Attorney ends when a person dies.
After a person dies you will need a Will or A Trust to make decisions for them.
Preferably a Trust because a Will has to go through Probate court to be validated.
Probate court is expensive and timely.

Problem Property Solutions LLC helped this family avoid a tax foreclosure sale, and get the title transferred out of the name of a deceased person into the legal heirs name.
