Integral Delivery and Service

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous customer service experience needed
• Associates in or 1+ year(s) of experience in any customer or client related field/ business a plus
• Previous experience with transportation, logistics, and/ or general customer service preferred, but willing to train the right individual.

PROJECTED WORK SCHEDULE:
• Full time- Monday- Friday 8 am- 4 pm or 9 am- 5 pm

REQUIREMENTS:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented while still being able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid, reliable worker with a strong work ethic and a positive, engaging personality.
• Communicates confidently, clearly, and professionally over the phone, in person, and via email with customers, clients, managers, and co-workers.
• Takes the lead to complete responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner.
• Effectively manages multiple tasks concurrently and follows each to completion.
• Proficient computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receives incoming calls, schedules delivery appointments, and provides general information to callers.
• Receives work orders, enters data accurately, plans delivery routes, and schedules tasks for delivery crews.
• Processes and submits paperwork for completed delivery/ service tasks.
• Assists with issues technicians report throughout the day.
• Assists with completion of any other needed office tasks that arise such as filing, processing fuel receipts, taking customer payments, etc.
