In 2011, a small group of five women real estate professionals from the Des Moines metro area began to discuss the possibility of forming a formal CREW Network chapter in Iowa. Their belief was that creating a local chapter of the CREW Network would provide real estate women in Iowa a tremendous opportunity for networking, professional growth and education, leadership opportunities, and could potentially even offer scholarship or charitable opportunities.

This month, CREW Iowa members toured the active construction site of 515 Walnut Tower and learned more about the vision, planning, and collaboration behind this transformative development.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us, as well as our hosts for sharing their expertise and giving us an inside look at this landmark development. We can't wait to watch 515 Walnut Tower continue to take shape! 🏙️

Earlier this month, CREW Iowa members enjoyed lunch and an exclusive tour of the beautiful Krause Gateway Center in downtown Des Moines! 🏢✨
Home to the Krause Group headquarters, the building showcases a modern, collaborative workspace thoughtfully designed to inspire innovation and support future growth. It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow members while exploring one of Des Moines' most impressive office spaces.
