Few new restaurants in town received more anticipatory buzz than Prime and Providence when it opened a few months ago in West Des Moines. Foodie folks chatted about the stylish décor and massive custom-built grill, but the menu is the real star, with chef Dominic Iannarelli’s takes on tried-and-true classics like sea scallops and prime steaks cut from Iowa-raised Wagyu beef. It’s the perfect spot for a date or special occasion, fancy but not formal.🦞
