Deep in the depths of your wild heart. In the stillness, in the silence, and in the space between your breath. It’s in the balance of In and Out ♾️ It’s the Ying and the Yang ♾️ It’s the eternal always pervasive presence … and if that’s not with you here now, maybe its only just one consciously chosen though lol or breath away 😮💨
Tonight Katie Stych and I will co lead the Monday Practice and help guide you to balanced energies.
We will leave you with both basic & advanced yoga practices that you can keep for life. Use them when things start to spiral - or practice them regularly to keep them from spiraling / own your own energy 👑
