The police department is investigating a serious crime involving the dissemination of obscene material to a minor.

Law enforcement is seeking information concerning the whereabouts of Anthony Reed Wixom, age 67, of Marshalltown. Wixom has a warrant for his arrest and is charged with Dissemination and Exhibition of Obscene Materials to Minors.
