ATTENTION : With temperatures well below freezing and potential for icy conditions, All residents and visitors are advised to take precautions for personal safety as well as for our Community and staff.

❄️Put in work orders before the holidays! Please do not wait until it becomes an emergency, It is important to our staff that we get everything taken care of for our residents especially now that temps are dropping .

❄️Keep hallways and exits clear for emergency access.

❄️Report icy areas that have been potentially missed immediately (sidewalks, stairs, parking lot) to management.

❄️To avoid any accidents in our parking lots, Drive slowly, allow extra stopping distance and avoid sudden braking or sharp turns. Please do not do any unsafe activities that could get you or other residents hurt or any damage to any of our buildings/garages etc. in our Community.

❄️Close exterior doors securely to help maintain building heat and prevent frozen pipes.

❄️Do not leave windows cracked open, even slightly — pipes in exterior walls can freeze quickly and ensure your heat is on.
