If you like smoked Burnt ends, might try this. Start with a nicely marbled Akaushi Wagyu rump roast and split down the middle. Put your favorite rub mixture on all sides Smoke till stall around 165 deg. Pull and cube. I smoke in a pan from here to around 202. (Sound like a brisket?). Then glaze them with whatever heat level you want. Glaze off on a wire rack. We have our Wagyu rump and Pikes Peak roasts 20% off at Grown inc. Market at 21st and Ridge tomorrow Saturday
