Relay Colorado, a free government program within the Colorado Division for the Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind, bridges comminication gaps for those with hearing or speech loss. Relay Colorado is a free service that allows individuals who have hearing loss or speech disability to place and receive calls through specially trained relay operators. The operator will dial the requested number and relay the conversation between the two callers.
