Denver Botanic Gardens

The spectacular but brief cacti flowering time is upon us! 😍 These beauties can be seen in the Nexus garden, Dryland Mesa and Laura Smith Porter Plains Garden at our York Street location.

Stop by soon! Individual blooms only last around one to two days, whereas the blooming period for a whole plant with several blooms spans weeks.

Join us for FREE pollinator activities during SCFD Free Day at Plains Conservation Center this Thu, June 11, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. No registration required. 🌻🐝

Celebrate pollinator month with hands-on activities and crafts, lemonade and wagon rides on the prairie to look for wildflowers.

Plains Conservation Center is located in Aurora, CO. The Gardens manages programs in coordination with the Aurora Parks, Recreation & Open Space, Colorado.
