The Inventory Clerk is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts, including, but not be limited to review of daily shorts, expiration reports, damages, inventory rotation and quality issues.
This individual must have strong math skills, as they will be responsible for maintaining records of large inventory counts, where accuracy is critical.
*Responsibilities* · Coordinate daily activities with logistics and production personnel. · Follow daily cycle counts as requested by supervisor. · Record inventory data manually/electronically on a computer. · Receive count and verify incoming orders. · Label stock items with labeling equipment such as identification tags. · Operate forklift for moving stock material. · Process damaged or defective stock. · Report malfunctioning or damaged stock-handling equipment to management. · Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts. · Ensures product and inventory into designated areas. · Conduct review of possible expired products based on expiration report generated by supervisor. · Ensures that the highest safety and sanitation standards are always maintained.
Experience – At least two years of relevant experience in inventory management. One year of experience in food production preferred. · Work ethic – A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines. · Technical - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with an ERP system a plus
This is a unique hybrid administrative inventory position. This includes shipping, receiving, inventory assistance all on the computer, data entry and coordinating side.
Duties including
Documenting incoming product and recording into software management program
Document all outgoing product
Prepare shipping documents for product via numerous shipping carriers
Administrative Duties:
Answering and directing calls
Data Entry
Light Accounting assistance
Managing incoming mail
Assisting any in-person customers

Job Summary: Develop and close sales of steel buildings
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Learn and deliver a verbal presentation of our products and brand to customers and prospective customers.
• Build professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with customers and dealers.
• Respond to sales inquiries and requests by phone, electronically and in-person.
• Recommend and educate customers on materials or design solutions for specific building needs or requirements.
• Work with architects, engineers, city officials, and customers to meet codes, design requirements, and budgets.
• Monitor and perform quality checks on sales activity order, fabrication and delivery process.
• Report sales, fabrication and delivery activity to management.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Create and maintain organized sales files according to company procedure
• Follows and completes file checklist, obtaining customer signatures.
• Enter new customer information into system.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Support customers and dealers through to project completion.
• Meets performance standards and goals set by manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide support to management when needed.
Qualifications:Great attitude, self-driven, ambitious, energetic and passionate about sales. Excellent verbal communication and written skills, well versed in phone etiquette and customer service, computer proficient, detail oriented.
As a Fulfillment Associate, you are responsible for ensuring that every bag of candy as well as completed gift boxes going to the customer are packed both accurately and attractively and are prepared for shipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Packing a variety of candy into bags to weight, count, or color specifications
Keeping a running tally of bags packed and time taken
Assembling completely a shipped gift box, including pulling and arranging candy product
Crafting gift boxes including internal piece placement, with strict attention to detail, to ensure gift boxes are receiver-ready
Preparing shipping boxes used for completed gift boxes including adding additional shipping components and attaching appropriate labels
Restocking product rooms including moving product throughout fulfillment locations
Other duties as assigned by fulfillment center management team
Qualifications
Packing, line work, customer service or retail experience desirable
Experience using basic fulfillment center equipment such as hand trucks and carts
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented
Responsible and reliable
Good communication skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time,
Must have good fine motor skills
Must be able to lift and move packages up to 20 pounds
High school diploma, GED or equivalent

About the Role
Be a team player who assists in all aspects of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic machine maintenance for the plant.
Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.
Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
Prepares reports documenting work performed.
Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
Collaborates with product manager or plant engineer regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required.
Makes necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with product manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
