Sean has strengthened our communications work through thoughtful storytelling, strong media instincts and an ability to shape narratives that earn attention. As a Senior Associate, he supports content development across press materials, bylined articles, website copy and award submissions, while helping drive stories that secure top-tier media coverage.

How do you make a land conservation model more accessible without losing what makes it meaningful?
For Colorado Cattlemen's Agricultural Land Trust (CCALT), the answer was Forever Colorado.
As CCALT approached its 30th anniversary, we partnered to build a campaign framework that could carry their story beyond traditional agriculture audiences. Grounded in working lands, landowner autonomy and long-term stewardship, the platform created alignment across messaging, fundraising and outreach.
We then brought the story to life through a statewide storytelling effort, capturing first-person perspectives from ranching families across Colorado. The result is a durable content system, including a flagship video and a library of 200+ assets, now used across donor engagement, sponsorships and ongoing communications.
What started as a campaign became a foundation for how CCALT communicates, connects and grows.
