This wine was made using grapes harvested during the 2018 Mendocino wildfires. Seeing the devastation it caused to the surrounding vineyards Greg Graziano bought up and used all that was salvageable from the farmers. With his family winemaking expertise passed on through generations, he spent 4 years to fully embolden the grapes back to their original flavors, removing the smokiness in the process. Like a Phoenix rising from it’s ashes, Greg’s creation brought back not only the richness of the wine, but also hope to all those farmers around his vineyard.
