From design to construction to energy, agriculture, technology and beyond, expanding your ecological literacy is one of the most practical and meaningful investments you can make in your future.
Through regenerative design education, systems thinking, and hands-on learning, Ecosa’s programs help students deepen their understanding of the interconnected challenges shaping our world—and develop tangible skills to respond to them.

“I immediately just relaxed.”
That was one physician’s response during a recent NPR feature on forest therapy, where doctors and medical students stepped away from hospital stress and into a guided experience in nature.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a research-backed wellness practice shown to support reduced stress, improved mood, mental clarity, sleep, and overall well-being.
Join Ecosa Institute and Dr. Charlotte Farewell, ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a guided forest bathing experience in Evergreen, Colorado—an opportunity to slow down, engage the senses, and reconnect with the natural world through a series of gentle guided invitations.
No hiking experience needed. Accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
