The worst part…
Is that it's often women who perpetuate lower standards for women instead of leveling up…
I'm not saying the male path is always the best.
Far from it.
But d*mn, we're still playing it small.
We're telling ourselves bullsh*t to indulge our emotions.
We're afraid of the real questions, the facts, and the consequences.
We're afraid of real performance.
We're afraid of making real CASH.
As if it might ruffle our sweet, doting, motherly, all-around woman mission.
We still prefer to think that we're the ones who needs fixing…
Not enough, way too much, or it might be the excess of blocages, traumas that is overshining?!
Women's rights are still trampled in many areas, and even worse in other countries, but today, March 8th, let's remember our collective responsibility.
In the business world, we don't have to play the male version to succeed.
