The Strong in Menopause was maybe my favorite workshop to date! What an empowering event focused on optimizing women’s health and providing tangible strategies to take control of a time period that can feel overwhelming.
A huge thank you to for collaborating with me and sharing her expertise in this area. And a giant thank you to all of the women who showed up ready to learn, ask insightful questions, and get better together.

Patient Spotlight: FINN! 🐾
Meet Finn, a snuggly, rambunctious 13-week-old pup who has been working hard to treat his pelvic floor dysfunction.
When Finn first started PT, he was experiencing:�• frequent urinary incontinence�• occasional f***l incontinence�• frequent nocturia
Together, we created a customized plan of care focused on:�✔️ lower extremity strengthening�✔️ coordination training�✔️ progressive loading through play�✔️ LOTS of positive reinforcement
Finn is very compliant with his home exercise program, which includes plenty of fetch, tug-of-war, and belly rubs.
We’re happy to report he’s making excellent progress and is well on his way to full continence. 👏

Another workshop in the books ✔️
I love teaching about pelvic health. Especially in rooms full of people ready to learn, move, and ask questions about their bodies!
Grateful for spaces like where movement + learning can meet!

Travel bowel is a real thing :) There are ways to try and get on top of it early though to prevent problems later in your trip!
Here are my go-to tips to avoid getting backed up while traveling:
1. Hydrate hydrate hydrate!
2. Fiber up
3. Stay active
4. Maintain a regular sleep/meals schedule
5. Schedule in time for rest/relaxation
