In this 1904 home, we embraced the original bay windows and wrapped them in full, tailored drapery to soften the architecture and frame the light. A quiet, tonal palette of warm grays and creams keeps the space serene, while varied textures — from woven wool to plush throws — add depth and comfort.

This home was a full gut + remodel, but because of its historic nature, we made the very intentional decision to keep the exterior exactly as it was. From the street, passersby wouldn’t even know a transformation is happening inside!

The lovely exterior facade had an extra-deep, shady front porch. The kind of porch that actually gets used. Big enough for a comfy seating moment and a porch swing, so you can sit back, sip something cold, and watch the neighborhood stroll by.

Historic on the outside, completely reimagined on the inside.
