Job description
Are you looking to join a growing business that takes the mission of improving patient outcomes to heart? Guided Surgical Solutions, a provider of surgical planning tools for the dental industry, is seeking a positive and growth-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as liaison and gatekeeper between customers and CEO
Light Bookkeeping (import and maintain banking transactions and accounts receivable) and run payroll
Manage and maintain calendar for CEO
Organize meetings with customers (including scheduling and sending reminders)
Maintain physical filing system for active and past cases
Document and catalog all office workflows and procedures
Prepare business reports and presentations
Optimize current systems and operations
Aid in marketing and sales efforts
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Monitor emails and respond on behalf of CEO when necessary
Requirements:
High in follow-through (KOLBE)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Enjoys establishing new processes that become standard operating procedures (SOP)
Strong communicator both verbally and written
Comfortable speaking up and challenging CEO when necessary
Constantly looking for ways to optimize/ streamline processes
Extremely trustworthy
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office
Quickbooks (or other online accounting software)
Zoho Software (not required, but extremely helpful!)
Experience with CRM a plus
