It's earthy, herbaceous, grassy, piney, and has this wild mineral quality that hits different. The Dasylirion takes 15–20 years to mature btw. That's patience we don't deserve but absolutely need to respect. Naiche sotol is on our radar rn and it is something else. Small batch. Made in Chihuahua, Mexico. Traditionally crafted.
