POV: You finally hire a TC and suddenly things feel 100x more organized.
We start with the details I need to get to know your business, your brokerage, and your style, then I take it from there.
If youâre ready for backend support that actually feels like support, Iâve got you!
⨠Shoot me a quick DM and weâll kick things off with step one: a discovery call or quick coffee to see if itâs a fit for your business!
We wonât tell anyone you hired a TC⌠but the fact that you suddenly have time for dog walks, happy hours, and actual vacations might give you away. đ
Want that same balance? DM me and Iâll walk through how TC support can free up your time without dropping the ball on clients!

Itâs not that business is slow, itâs just that the wins donât feel as big or come as fast.
The conversations are quieter. The wins are smaller.
But the agents who keep showing up right now? Theyâre setting the stage for a bigger year ahead!
Slow seasons donât mean youâre doing something wrong. They mean itâs time to double down on the stuff that actually builds a strong foundation: relationships, systems, and follow-up.
đ Save this post for the days you wonder if itâs just you. (Itâs not.)

You worked hard to get that closing, donât leave the relationship unfinished.
Following up at 30, 60, and 90 days isnât âextra.â, itâs part of running a business that grows by word of mouth, not just marketing spend.
đ Save this post to make sure your follow-up system isnât missing a step.
Thereâs nothing I love more than helping my agents take a file from âoffer acceptedâ to âclosed and celebrated.â đĽ But there are a few things that make the process smoother for everyone:
1. I stay in my lane (so you can stay in yours).â¨Iâll track deadlines, watch inspection timelines, and flag missing pieces â but the back-and-forth on repairs, credits, or contract terms? Thatâs all you. My job is to support you, not step into your fiduciary role.
2. A quick intro goes a long way.â¨When you give your clients a heads-up about me before we go under contract, it makes the handoff feel seamless. Instead of wondering why âsome strangerâ is emailing about deadlines, they immediately see me as part of your team.
3. Accuracy > speed (every single time).â¨I know everyone wants contracts signed and flying around fast, but one missed signature or wrong date can delay closing. Taking a few extra minutes upfront for a clean, complete file saves us all time and stress later.
4. You can call me about literally anything.â¨Tough showing? Sticky client convo? Just need someone who gets it? Iâve got you. This job can be intense, and Iâm here to be more than just a TC â Iâm your behind-the-scenes partner and biggest cheerleader.
5. Not all files weigh the same.â¨A quick condo close in 15 days is a totally different beast than a rural property with a well, septic, and HOA review. The more details you share upfront, the better I can plan, prioritize, and problem-solve for you.

Drop it in the comments. Iâd love to cheer you on!
My agents donât just say âI need a TC.â
They sayâŚ
⨠Iâm ready to scale
⨠I want to grow without burning out
⨠I need my time + freedom back
⨠I want to enjoy my evenings + weekends again
And I say⌠say less, I got you! đAnd Iâm here cheering them on every step of the way!
If this sounds like you, letâs connect!

From reviewing every detail to tracking earnest money to staying on top of inspection and loan deadlines, I make sure nothing slips through.

These events arenât about being the center of attention. Theyâre about showing up for your people, past clients, warm leads, friendly neighbors and giving them a reason to think of you when someone says, âDo you know a good agent?â
Youâre not just selling homes. Youâre building community. And thatâs what makes you unforgettable.
