Every seasonal menu begins somewhere. For Chef Greg, this one began around a campfire.
The char on our seared halibut and the smokey pineapple finish that lingers on the tempura portobello are call-backs to this time in his life, all reminiscent of a classic Colorado summer.

Summer flavors come together in our goat cheese and strawberry romesco salad. Remember ramp season in spring? We pickled those ramps to make the perfect vinaigrette to match this lovely dish of strawberry, Asian pear, roasted beets and chicory greens.
Summer is a great time to bring your guests to Nocturne. We love our home state of Colorado and the ability to play hard during the day and get classy at night.
