Enchanted Parks USA needs to wake up and quit operating these full-sized amusement parks like their rides don’t need to be open. This is my worst visit I’ve had at Worlds of Fun in nearly 30 years. Take this park seriously, or sell it off to someone who will. Today was embarrassing for not only your company, but your front line staff having to take all of the complaints while you sit in your office making terrible budgeting decisions that drastically lower the guest experience. 👀
