Darby () first dropped into Train in 2021 looking for consistency and accountability in her workouts. Almost five years later, Train has become a steady part of life for Darby, Micky (), and now sweet Addie.
Their story is such a beautiful reminder that Train is so much more than just a gym - it’s a community that supports every stage of life.

When people think about joining a gym, they often focus on the workouts.
We focus on the coaching.
At Train, quality coaching isn’t an afterthought - it’s the foundation of everything we do. Every class includes movement breakdowns, coaching cues, scaling options, and real-time feedback designed to help you move better, build confidence, and stay healthy for the long haul.
We don’t believe fitness should come at the expense of your body. Our coaches take the time to understand where you’re at, meet you there, and help you progress safely and effectively.
Whether you’re learning your first squat, chasing a new PR, or getting back into fitness after time away, you’ll have a coach in your corner every step of the way.
Because great results start with great coaching. 💪

How rad is this?! Our very own Amanda Rodriguez () designed the latest and greatest Train Denver swag, and we are OBSESSED.
These shirt and tank designs were her own creation, and we cannot wait to see our members rocking them in and out of the gym.
Give Amanda a huge kudos for bringing these designs to life! 👏
Coach Tip: Post-Murph Recovery 🇺🇸
Alright, Murph is over. Hopefully everybody had a great time this weekend and got to be a part of an awesome day. But now the focus shifts to recovery.
Today is not about coming in here and crushing yourself again. It’s about getting blood flowing, loosening up the tight legs and smoked lats, getting a little sweat going, and helping your body bounce back from the weekend.
The goal today is controlled intensity. Move, breathe, flush the system out, and start feeling good again. Pair that with hydration and nutrition over the next couple days and you’ll recover way better than just sitting around staying stiff and sore.
If you’re sore, stiff, and moving like you got hit by a truck after Murph… honestly this is probably exactly what you need. Come move a little and start feeling like yourself again.
