On March 1, 1980 The Lighting Agency was formed by Art Fisher, whose vision was to develop a collaborative collection of architectural specification lines to complement our major line, Acuity Brands, and to develop an intelligent package of goods to provide to our customers. As we close out 2025, we have a major team milestone to share with you. This year, Ryan Stewart, TLA Principal, reached his 25th Anniversary on our team!
Twenty-five years is truly something special—it speaks to Ryan's dedication, expertise, and most of all, the strong relationships he's built with TLA over the years. We're incredibly grateful for his contributions and leadership.

This year, our talented bakers brought their A-game with lavender shortbread, Christmas brownies, star anise sugar cookies, sugar snowman delights, snowflake cookie cups, s'mores, cinnamon rolls, and more!
🏆 Congrats to Tony, our Star Baker from Specification Sales, for his winning creation: the Toasted Fluffernutter—a peanut butter thumbprint cookie with peanut butter filling and toasted marshmallow fluff topping. Absolutely delicious!
